NHS Supply Chain sources, delivers, and supplies healthcare products, services, and food for NHS trusts and healthcare organisations across England and Wales. By working in collaboration with the healthcare system and suppliers, the organisation helps the NHS to put patients first. It provides cost-efficient, resilient, clinically assured products that are responsive to frontline needs.

Its focus on the end-to-end patient pathway supports the healthcare system to:

2. Decrease patient length of stay

3. Enable more care in community settings

4. Improve clinical outcomes

NHS Supply Chain is committed to delivering over £1 billion of value to the NHS by 2030. This will be achieved by working in collaboration with the NHS, national bodies, industry associations, suppliers, and NHS England.
