Opus Technology, the UK's largest privately-owned managed service provider, is a pioneer in delivering comprehensive communications solutions. Having its genesis in 1992 from the vision of CEO Michael O'Donnell, today it boasts a team of over 100 staff members spread across the UK, with a majority nestled in their state-of-the-art office in Reigate, Surrey.

Their well-defined three-year strategy is a testament to this, involving every department working towards a common goal. Each department's progress is measured against a set of KPIs and targets, ensuring accountability and effective performance tracking.

Opus' core values have been refined in 2023, resulting from a comprehensive analysis of their 'A Player' employees. These values are instilled across the business through the monthly 'shining star' initiative and are used to reinforce expectations and guide decisions.

Events like the Vivid Vision event and monthly company meetings offer employees the opportunity to come together, celebrate achievements and receive regular business updates. Regular social events and employee engagement activities further bolster team building and camaraderie.
