Recruitment company, Roc Search's top performers were flown to Cancun for an all-expenses-paid holiday this year, as the international IT and engineering recruitment company relaunched its social initiatives.
Others included numerous lunch club events, such as a trip to Royal Ascot, a 15-year celebration meal at each of its offices and a Super Achievers' lunch.
The company also promotes physical wellbeing and hosts the Roc Olympics, a company-wide sports day for charity, and an annual company football tournament. The business, which has offices in Reading, London, Manchester, Dublin, Frankfurt, New York, and Austin Texas, is making sure that it focuses on positive initiatives.
It is celebrating its wins, getting involved in charity events and driving its employee’s careers forwards. Staff benefit from an award-winning training programme that begins when someone joins the company.

The company is moving towards paperless offices, thanks to a variety of software and its own video interviewing tool (Fidio), which reduces the need for paper CVs. Fidio is also better for the environment because it reduces the need for job candidates to travel.
