Everyone at Shopper Media Group has £100 per month to spend on what wellbeing means to them, whether that be a gym membership, pet care, or taking up a new hobby.
The company, which connects brands, customers and retailers at the point of buying or selling, in-store and online, launched the new wellbeing scheme this year. It said: "All we ask is that the fund truly supports our employees to have fun, be happy and stay healthy."
Pay rises and promotions recommended by managers happen monthly at the group, which it says makes it unique. As well as regular salary reviews, its bonus scheme offers up to 10% of an employee's salary, based on company and personal performance, and is paid twice a year.
SMG has three agencies, Capture, Lobster, and Threefold, and its clients include Boots, the Co-op, Deliveroo, and Very. It was acquired by growth consultant Next 15 last year.
The group says it has always put people at the heart of what it does and is committed to attracting and retaining the most talented and motivated people and giving them the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
It is also adopting more flexible ways of working by trusting people to get their work done at a time that suits them best. It operates office hours and a standard working day, but its people are not restricted by this and have the freedom to work in a way that best suits them, within reason.
