Specialist Care Team is a family-led social care provider with a proud community heritage and a mission to deliver care that truly makes a difference. Founded in Lancashire by a small, family-led team, the organisation has grown to provide home care, end of life care, supported living, residential care, and hospital discharge services across Lancashire, and Greater Manchester.
