Transparity has seen unprecedented growth over the past year, with an 85% increase in headcount. This expansion has come at all levels: the management team has been strengthened with the addition of a chief technology officer and a chief partnership officer, key to deepening the company's relationship with Microsoft.
Transparity stands for transformation, partnership and clarity, an ethos that extends to every member of the team as well as customers. The company's determination to foster a workplace culture where everyone is equal was illustrated by the decision at the start of the pandemic that no staff member would be furloughed while three directors would cut their base salary to zero for the lockdown period.
As part of its response to the coronavirus, an employee assistance programme has been established. Working from home, or #winningfromhome, has been adopted as the preferred work model.

The Transparity team took part in charity events throughout 2020. These included “Boycott your Bed”, which raised nearly £7,500 for Action for Children, Movember and a Christmas raffle where winners made donations to the NSPCC and Round Table Children's Wish.
