Zuto were established as Car Loan 4U in 2006. Since then they've been on an incredible journey of growth and are now turning over £30 million revenue annually, with bold and ambitious plans for future scale. They are currently in the process of designing a full management development programme which will be rolled-out soon. In the short-term, manager's performance is measured within their talent management framework, against expectations and KPI's in-role, as well as their values-based assessments.
